JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Specialist to join our team. The role is to deliver support to end users in the organization about how to use various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives. This includes troubleshooting applications and software for all internal customers, such as operations, development, and other business units. responsible for assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of applications training programs and related courseware.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

Strategy & Planning:

• Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
• Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
• Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
• Create and deploy feedback mechanisms for end users. Analyse results, make recommendations for support process improvement, and implement changes.
• Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent repeated future problems.
• Develop, implement, maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for backend systems resource administration and appropriate use.
• Develop and deploy methodologies for testing systems performance and providing systems performance statistics and reports.

Acquisition & Deployment:

• Conduct research into software application products.
• Provide support for the testing of new and existing software applications.
• Conduct research and make recommendations on IT backend services.
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
• Conduct research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.

Operational Management:

• Rollout and Support of Autoline, DMS, CRM, OEM Projects and Digital Transformation Projects
• Co-ordinate with stake holders to maximize and standardize the usage of DMS Autoline, New Autoline Modules & other business applications.
• Analysis, evaluation, development, testing, implementation, support & management of Autoline and Business applications
• Leading all phases of diverse Business application projects.
• Third Party Apps integrated for Company Corporate CRM strategy for Customer Journey within DMS.
• Manage Autoline DMS Application support and system setups on Drive IA.
• Implementations, managing and administering Microsoft Office 365 enterprise cloud suite that consist of Exchange, Lync, and SharePoint.
• Take ownership of and resolve all incidents and requests assigned to oneself within in a professional manner.
• Responsible for Co-ordination, configuration, installation and support of all infrastructures.
• Monitors and maintains Windows Server operation system and additional server components including but not limited to Active Directory, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365.
• Establishes and maintains automated patching for all systems for which employee is responsible.
• Provides technical support and customer service directly to IT Engineer through ticketing system and periodically through screen sharing.
• Managing, administering and monitoring clients/computers.
• Configuring, installing, and managing backup systems and restore procedures. Carry out regular checks on the status of backup system, backup storage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field and/or 5 years equivalent work experience
• Autoline Drive IA, Automotive Business Process, Report Generator, CRM, Business Intelligence Dashboards
• Certifications in Data Analyst, ITLL, Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Oracle, TOGAF, MS SQL. MCITP, CCNA, Storage, Office365.
• 5 years of comprehensive working experience as an IT Systems Specialist or a similar role in an automotive retail industry
