We are looking for an experienced Finance and Insurance Executive to join our team. The role is to identifying customer needs and recommend the best suited vehicle finance & insurance options with highest degree of customer service and satisfaction.



  • Work directly with the Sales team and customers to assist in the purchasing process for the finance and insurance of vehicles.
  • Understand customers’ financial status and provide suitable payment options for them.
  • Prepare and submit accurate documentation to external parties (lenders and insurance providers) in a timely manner as well as in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process all transactions accurately, professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Meet and exceed all monthly sales targets and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating simultaneously for all transactions.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with lenders and insurance providers.
  • Clearly explain to Sales Executives on how to handle customer objectives relating to all Finance & Insurance related matters.
  • Understand and comply with Central Bank regulations for all finance-related transactions.
  • Understand and comply with insurance-related regulations.
  • Plan regular meetings with Sales Executives to update and inform them of any changes and/or concerns relating to Finance & Insurance.
  • Inform customers and Sales Executives of any updates from lenders and insurance providers throughout all stages of the transaction. 
  • Frequently update the lenders and insurance providers list on the company system and inform all concerned departments when done so.
  • Submit daily and monthly reports on all transactions, including the transaction status to the concerned departments.
  • Provide monthly reports to the Reporting Personnel outlining all departmental concerns and suggestions.
  • Ensure collection of any pending amounts due from lenders and insurance providers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure customer confidentiality throughout every transaction.
  • Upsell and promote all departmental services to customers.



  • Bachelor’s Degree or related field 3-4 years proven work experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes
  • Capable to deal with bank and insurance agents
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Must have excellent customer relations skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
