Dubai-Based Property Developer to Have Biggest Fleet of Rolls-Royce Ghost Motor Cars

MAG Property Development makes a truly huge milestone before the year ends. Just recently, the property development arm of MAG Group, has penned a deal with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Dubai making it the owner of the largest fleet of Rolls-Royce Ghost in the Middle East The fleet, which comprises 12 Ghost models from the British luxury automaker, will reportedly be used at the MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort in Dubai, the first-ever wellness-inspired real estate development in the region and the largest in the globe. The Ghost model was chosen for the fleet as it is touted as the entrepreneur's ultimate business tool, showcases the luxurious appointments throughout MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort, and strengthens MAG PD's affinity with the brand in its dedication to simplicity and sophistication. In a statement, Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of MAG Property Development, said that they are glad to have concluded the deal with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Dubai for their MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort, which embodies a luxury lifestyle characterized by comfort and well-being. He noted that Rolls-Royce's iconic reputation is a perfect complement to this project, which brings the concept of wellness-inspired real estate to the UAE for the first time and is aimed at enhancing the happiness of its residents by integrating the best of science, medicine and technology within an environment with the highest standards.

The CEO concluded that MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort is the embodiment of wellness luxury, and their team-up with Rolls-Royce would complement the architecture and landscaping of this luxury waterfront resort, while framing the Rolls-Royce Ghost models in a beautiful setting that suits their international prominence. A mixed-used wellness resort, MAG Creek Wellbeing takes pride in its 17 distinctive waterfront mansions that have been designed by acclaimed Italian architect Carlo Colombo and built conforming to the patented Delos WELL Building Standard. In addition, the project features 172 serviced wellness holiday homes, 75 luxury apartments, a 95-room Wellness Hotel, a Worldcare Wellness Centre, as well as posh dining, retail and leisure options.
